This year more than 37 government and private entities will present their projects in the digital edition of the forum
The Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA)is organizing the third iteration of its Future Projects Forum (FPF), which is running till 24 March 2021, with showcase of 1,000 projects valued at over $160bn (SAR600bn).
According to Saudi Press Agency (SPA) over 37 government and private entities are participating in the forum, and are exhibiting projects from across various sectors including oil and gas, petrochemicals, energy and electricity, infrastructure, housing and mining.
In 2020, more than 2,000 contractors and 35 government and private entities gathered at the Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences on 25-26 February to attend the forum.
The authority said that the forum aims to improve the plans and decisions of contractors by estimating the time period and estimated costs for implementing the projects.
SCA said that the FPF will also offer contractors the opportunity to explore future projects and opportunities, as it will enable them to plan their future projects.
The FPF is a platform for project owners to present their projects, promoting the principle of transparency and competitiveness, as it is an exceptional opportunity to build relationships.
Due to pandemic, the event is organized virtually, with the participation of more than 10,000 contractors.
